Veterinary technology freshman Nick Palmer was arraigned Thursday for trespassing in Hubbard Hall on three separate occasions. While out on bond after being arrested for trespassing at Hubbard Hall on Wednesday, the 18-year-old Oak Park man received another trespassing ticket Thursday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The man had also been issued a trespassing ticket at Hubbard Hall last month. Palmer had been removed from his Hubbard Hall residence earlier in the semester and was not permitted to enter the building. His bond totaled more than $460, and he is not allowed to come onto campus as part of his bond agreement.A 43-year-old university employee reported a window broken in East Wilson Hall's fifth-floor study lounge between midnight and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, McGlothian-Taylor said. The damage is estimated at $250.An anonymous person reported several plastic covers for parking meters on the West Wilson Hall parking loop were spray painted red between midnight and about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, McGlothian-Taylor said.
