Saturday: Caroling party beginning at Gone Wired Cafe, 2021 E. Michigan Ave., in Lansing, from 6-10 p.m. Participants will be divided into groups and sent out into the eastside neighborhood before returning for a sing along and a warm-up with beverages. The event is free and open to the public.


Saturday: "Destination Unknown" presented by the MSU Department of Theatre's Senior Seminar class. The showcase of theater, music, film and dance will be performed in the MSU Auditorium. The performance will begin at 7 p.m., but a Design and Stage Management Expo will begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are free and can be picked up at the door.


Wednesday: Poetry book release party and reading at Creole Gallery, 1218 Turner St., in Lansing. Four Lansing poets are releasing a book called "Four Against the Wall." Each poet will read a selection of poems from the book. The event starts at 7:30 p.m. and is free to the public.
