A pizza delivery man who left his running car in an illegal parking spot returned to find someone driving it away outside West Wilson Hall on Wednesday night.The delivery man was told he couldn't park on the sidewalk by a female-student employee, but he left his car and went to the second floor, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The man reported the incident to an officer at Wonders Hall, who made contact with the student employee and the student who took the car, which was returned, McGlothian-Taylor said.The student who took the car was arrested and released.Margaret Harding
