Music happenings

Tonight: Know Lyfe with The Final Chapter, Hyperbole, Dagon, Born and Bearforce at Temple Club, 500 E. Grand River Ave., in Lansing. Doors are at 6 p.m. and the show is all ages. The cost is $5 for 21 and over and $8 for under 21.

We Are Wolves with The Eastern Block, The Amino Acids and Quatre Tete at Mac's Bar, 2700 E. Michigan Ave., in Lansing. Doors are at 8 p.m. The cost is $5 for 21 and over and $7 for 18-20.

Friday: Mustard Plug with North Lincoln and Ninjas at Mac's Bar. Doors are at 9 p.m. The cost is $8 for 21 and over and $10 for 18-20.

Jordan Knight of New Kids on the Block fame with Calliope and Skyway at Temple Club. Doors are at 8 p.m. and tickets are $10 in advance for 18 and over.

Saturday: Ellsworth with Big Bear and Lorelei at Mac's Bar. Doors are at 9 p.m. and cost is $5 for 21 and over and $7 for 18-20

"Jarhead," starring Jamie Foxx, Jake Gyllenhaal and Lucas Black. Directed by Sam Mendes. Rated R.

"Chicken Little," with the voices of Zach Braff, Joan Cusack and Garry Marshall. Directed by Mark Dindal. Rated G.

A special cinematic treat for East Lansing:

"Look At Me (Comme une Image)," starring Marilou Berry, Jean-Pierre Bacri and Agnés Jaoui. Directed by Agnés Jaoui. Rated PG-13. The French romantic comedy will be playing at 7:30 p.m. tonight($7 general admission, $5 students and seniors) at the Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbott Road and at Wells Hall Friday through Sunday ($6 general admission and $3 students) at 7 p.m. and 9:15p.m. all three days.
