• The contents of a purse were stolen from a female employee at Olin Health Center on Friday, with the purse found stashed in a trash can in the men's rest room, an MSU police report stated.The employee's driver's license, sunglasses and makeup were left in the purse, but credit cards, cash and a personal organizer were taken, resulting in an estimated loss of $312, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The case is under investigation, she said.• A cell phone valued at $200 was taken from the room of an East Holden Hall resident while he showered on Thursday, McGlothian-Taylor said.The phone was left on a desk unattended for about 15 minutes, and the door to the dorm was closed, but unlocked, she said.When the student left the shower, he found his door open and the phone gone, she said.• Another MSU student lost her cell phone when she left it in the women's rest room in the Union on Wednesday for about 15 minutes, McGlothian-Taylor said.The Motorola was estimated at $250, she said.Margaret Harding
