Writer's 'sin' letters redundant, wrong

I fail to understand why The State News continues to print the hateful rhetoric of Benjamin Greathouse when it is clear he is the sole voice of his self-proclaimed "majority opinion." Perhaps he failed to notice that his third letter in just as many weeks was literally surrounded by dissenting opinions.

I suppose I should be thanking him, though. I now realize that with his version of Christianity, you can pick and choose the verses in the Bible you follow, hide your hate in the guise of "love" and "tolerance" if you're good at playing with semantics and make excuses for your hate by trying to extricate humans from human actions.

In short, Greathouse's tired and overplayed arguments have made me see the light and turned me straight. Who needs electroshock therapy when his letters provide more than enough torture for the open-minded?
