An elderly woman bicycling west on Grand River Avenue was struck by a blue BMW at the intersection of Hagadorn Road, East Lansing police Sgt. William Mitchell said."The Beamer kind of inched up and was going to make a right turn and he struck her," Mitchell said.The woman had a cut on her head and lost partial feeling in her legs, Mitchell said. She was transported to Lansing's Sparrow Hospital.Darrell Hughes
