A 21-year-old male window peeper was arrested in Spartan Village on Sunday evening, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. After peering into an apartment, where three friends were having a good time watching TV, one of the occupants called police and reported the man, Taylor added.The case has been forwarded to the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office.Kris Turner
