The way that I see it, many students and alumni were celebrating what their Spartans had accomplished. Without a doubt, they were punished severely by local authorities for their support. The only solution that could have prevented this insanity would have been simply not to celebrate.

That's right. Do not show support for your team when they perform well. In fact, do not show support for your university, either.

Fans of all ages were punished by police forces for showing support for their team. In the future, I advise you not to show your support. Do not support your team. Do not support your university.

And when you get a request from MSU to make a donation, you better not show any support then, either.

Congratulations MSU men's and women's basketball teams. I secretly support you, and will cheer for you silently and privately so no one will know.
