A 21-year-old Lansing man was arrested and released in connection with window peeping between 12:30 a.m. and 1:15 a.m. Thursday in Spartan Village, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.A 22-year-old female student reported a black male with a black sweatshirt, a white T-shirt, black sweatpants and white tennis shoes standing outside looking in windows, McGlothian-Taylor said. She had also seen an unknown person looking into windows two weeks prior, the woman told police, but was not able to give a description.Another 22-year-old female student told police she had seen someone outside her back window.The arrested man fit the description of the suspect, McGlothian-Taylor said. The case will be forwarded to the Ingham County Prosecutor's office.Lauren Phillips
