Make sure if you live in the dorms to bring a fan. There isn't air conditioning in Mason, Abbot, Snyder and Phillips halls and keeping the window open doesn't help at all. One summer, I lived in Abbot and made sure not to repeat the mistakes of dorm living and keep a minimum amount of stuff -?but I didn't bring a fan. Unfortunately, a lot of people on my floor were in my same predicament, but many chose to leave their doors open wearing nothing but boxers. It was a little scary walking by someone's room and getting a glimpse of a guy in a completely dark room staring deep into their computer screen wearing just their skivvies.
