The woman said she might have accidentally hit him while getting him to stop, and the two shoved each other before he grabbed her neck. The woman said she did not need medical treatment, and the man was arrested on two outstanding warrants from two different police departments. A woman walked out of a Sparty's Convenience Store with two bags of chips on Thursday night without paying, McGlothian-Taylor said.An 18-year-old male student told police the woman took two-12 ounce bags of Tostitos Gold and told him she was not going to pay for the chips because she was a regular customer. The student allegedly told her she had to pay for them, but the 5-foot-6 woman with short brown hair, blue jeans and a white T-shirt walked out.The man told police he had never seen the woman before. The loss is estimated at $6.98.
