A 54-year-old female employee reported $500 in damages to two windows at Kresge Art Center last weekend, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The incident reportedly occurred between 6 p.m. Friday and 12:40 a.m. Monday, when someone threw two large pieces of broken concrete through the windows. Two windows were broken, estimated at $250 each.Police have no suspects and an investigation is continuing, McGlothian-Taylor said. A 44-year-old Wilson Hall employee Monday reported a broken window in a classroom, McGlothian-Taylor said. A piece of asphalt was reportedly thrown through the window from the north court area behind Wilson between 11 p.m. Sunday and 11:20 a.m. Monday.There are no suspects, and an investigation is continuing, McGlothian-Taylor said. A 20-year-old female student told police an her purse was stolen out of her car between 2-6 p.m. Monday.The suspect reportedly broke the front passenger-side window of her 2003 Toyota Rav4 which was parked in Lot 62 near IM Sports-West. The Guess? brand purse is worth $80 and contained $85 in cash, the woman's driver's license and other personal items. The incident is still under investigation, McGlothian-Taylor said.
