A 19-year-old student told police his motorized scooter was stolen from a bike rack outside Holmes Hall on Monday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The silver and red scooter, valued at $250, apparently was locked to the bike rack when it was stolen.Police have no suspects.· An 18-year-old student told police her MSU football season tickets were stolen from a drawer in her Armstrong Hall room, McGlothian-Taylor said.The tickets were last seen Sept. 25.
