A symposium on the "Speech-To-Speech" program will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Sept. 23 in Room 145 of the Communication Arts and Sciences Building.
The program connects callers with speech impediments to an operator who relays their message to the recipient.
The symposium includes a demonstration of the Speech-To-Speech program with visiting professor and program founder Robert Segalman of the California Department of Rehabilitation.
