A 21-year-old female student reported an unknown person broke into her Spartan Village apartment and stole several items totaling $1,705, MSU police Sgt. Alan Haller said.A northwest window to the 1500 apartment building was found open at 2:40 p.m. Monday and the window screen was placed on a chair inside the residence, Haller said.The window was closed and locked when the student left her apartment at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 26, Haller said.A Samsung DVD player, $1,400 cash, a JVC CD/radio and a Texas Instruments calculator were stolen, Haller said. A 22-year-old male Kellogg Center employee reported several fifths of liquor stolen, Haller said.Between 8:20 p.m. Nov. 27 and 10:45 a.m. Saturday the alcohol was taken from the Kellogg Center's KC Lounge bar, Haller said.A fifth of Chopin Vodka, Crown Royal Whiskey, Gray Goose Vodka, Orange Gray Goose Vodka, Cream De cacao and Marie Brizard liquor were taken from a shelf behind the bar, Haller said.The liquor is valued at about $125.
