A 26-year-old East Lansing female reported an unknown man shooting a pellet gun near 1500 section of Spartan Village Apartments, MSU police Sgt. Jennifer Brown said.At about 11:50 a.m. Sunday officers were dispatched to the scene, Brown said.The man was shooting at a spray paint can in the tree, Brown said.Police are investigating.
