Jennifer Brown said.At the 1600 building in Spartan Village apartments at about 2:45 a.m., the woman was awakened by her boyfriend who was yelling out the window at an unknown person, Brown said.The woman’s boyfriend saw a flashlight and a figure of a person, Brown said.
