• The MSU Spanish Club will show the film “Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain” as part of its semester-long Romance Language Film series at 5:30 p.m. Friday in 206 Old Horticulture Bldg. The series runs every Friday. For more information call Pat Lunn at (517)355-8351, ext. 116.

• The Preprofessional Society for Health Careers of Alpha Epsilon Delta will hold a fair for students interested in health care at 7:30 p.m. today in the Northwestern Room of the Union. A variety of speakers from several agencies will share what their organizations contribute to the community. • The Greater Lansing Hash House Harriers will host a Halloween Hash Run to benefit the St. Vincent Home For Children, 2800 W. Willow St., at 7 p.m. today at IM Sports-West. Organization Meetings

• Campus Crusade for Christ will hold its “Prime Time” meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in N-100 Business College Complex. Meetings are held every Thursday. For more information call Julie Wuerth at (517)355-8862.

• The MSU Chess Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in A-517 Wells Hall. Participants are asked to provide their own chess sets and clocks. Meetings are held every Monday. For more information e-mail msuchess@msu.edu.

• Spartan Bigs will hold its weekly meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Ohio State Room of the Union. Spartan Bigs, affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lansing, plans activities for kids waiting to be matched with a Big Brother or Sister. It is not required that members be volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Spartan Bigs provides many volunteer opportunities with minimal time commitment. Sports

• The MSU Scuba Club hosts underwater hockey at 8:15 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday in the IM Sports-Circle pool. No experience is necessary, just bring a bathing suit. For more information e-mail the MSU Scuba Club at msuscuba@msu.edu

• The MSU Aikido Club holds training from 6:45-8:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 2-3:30 p.m. Sundays in the IM Sports-West Judo Room.
