A 21-year-old male student reported he was assaulted by five unknown men near Phillips Hall Sunday, MSU police Sgt. Alan Haller said.At about 2:15 a.m. Sunday the student left a party at Cedar Village with a friend, Haller said.The student threw a bottle at a group of five white men near Phillips Hall, Haller said.The men punched and kicked the student in the face, Haller said.The student sustained minor injuries to the left eye, Haller said. An 18-year-old female student reported a man, who appeared to be in his 40s, indecently exposed himself to her on the east side of the tennis courts Sunday, Haller said.The student was walking at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday when an unknown white man who was wearing no pants confronted her, Haller said. The man opened a blue coat and pulled down his underwear exposing himself to her, Haller said.The student ran to East Wilson Hall and called the police, Haller said.At an unknown time later that day an 18-year-old female student and a 19-year-old female student reported the same man indecently exposing himself to them on the river trail near McDonel Hall, Haller said. Haller said the man is white, about 5-feet-10 inches tall, weighs 195 pounds and was wearing a tan jacket and glasses. A 32-year-old MSU employee reported his two-way Motorola radio was stolen from the Music Building Sunday, Haller said.The employee was cleaning bathrooms on the first floor at about 8 p.m., Haller said.He left the radio on a cleaning cart and when he returned at 8:30 p.m. the radio was gone, Haller said.The radio is valued at $100.Alison Barker
