A 51-year-old Lake Odessa man reported his light blue 1993 Chevrolet pickup truck stolen while it was parked near the Union on Friday, MSU police Sgt. Alan Haller said.At 8:15 a.m. Friday the man parked his car on West Circle Drive to go in the Union leaving his car unlocked and the keys in the ignition, Haller said.When the man returned to his car at 8:30 a.m. he saw an unknown man driving the car on Abbott Road turning eastbound on Grand River Avenue, Haller said.The Michigan license plate of the stolen pickup truck is YG282.• A 19-year-old male student reported his Posthumus for Governor sign stolen from the side of his red Chevrolet Astro van Saturday, Haller said.Between 12:45 p.m. Saturday the man parked his car in Lot 61 near Spartan Stadium, Haller said. When the man returned at 3:45 p.m., the sign was taken, Haller said.The sign is valued at $600.• A 37-year-old MSU employee reported an unknown person kicked the thermostat off the wall in a second floor bathroom in Mayo Hall, Haller said.Between 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday the malicious destruction of property occurred, Haller said.The damage is valued at $200.• A 19-year-old female student reported several items stolen from her West Holden Hall room Saturday, Haller said.At 8:30 p.m. Friday the woman left her dorm room locked, Haller said.When she returned at 3:15 a.m. Saturday the door was unlocked and several items were taken including a Gateway computer, Hewlett Packard printer, Sony Cl
