A female student, 31, reported her wallet stolen from the west side of the Main Library on the second floor Tuesday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The student, who was making copies on a copy machine, put her black leather wallet on another copy machine behind her, McGlothian-Taylor said. While her back was turned, an unknown male took her wallet at about 2 p.m., McGlothian-Taylor said. The wallet and its contents are valued at $150. A male student, 20, reported his Verizon cell phone stolen from the West Wilson Hall lobby on Wednesday, McGlothian-Taylor said. Between 9:20-9:30 p.m. Friday, the student left his phone unattended by a computer, McGlothian-Taylor said. The cell phone is valued at $199. Allison Barker
