• A female student, 21, reported she received several nuisance telephone calls on Tuesday between 9:40 p.m. and 9:50 p.m., Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The student has received about 10 phone calls during the evening for the past several weeks at her Cherry Lane apartment, McGlothian-Taylor said.The calls are continuing, but police have a suspect.• A male MSU employee, 62, reported his beige 1988 Oldsmobile Cutless stolen on Tuesday, McGlothian-Taylor said.The car was stolen between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. in Parking Ramp #2 on the southeast corner of level two, McGlothian-Taylor said.• A female MSU employee, 35, reported $172 stolen from her purse on Wednesday, McGlothian-Taylor said.On Tuesday between 5:30 p.m. and 6:55 p.m., the money was taken from the employee’s wallet that was in her purse. Her purse was behind a trash can under her desk in a locked office, McGlothian-Taylor said.The employee saw an unidentified man quickly walking from the direction of her office while she was attending a meeting, McGlothian-Taylor said. • A female MSU employee, 39, reported a 1990 27-inch Magnavox TV stolen from South Hubbard Hall on Wednesday, McGlothian-Taylor said. The theft occurred between 3 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday from the first floor lounge, McGlothian-Taylor said. The TV is valued at $200.
