A male student reported the theft of car accessories Thursday, MSU police Sgt. Jennifer Brown said.An Alpine stereo, a radar detector, a case of CDs and blue neon-lights were taken from his locked car. He parked the car a lot near Wharton Center for about three hours and found the passenger door was unlocked and items, totaling $630, missing, Brown said. Police have no suspects. A male employee reported receiving obscene phone calls at the Department of Police and Public Safety on Friday, Brown said.The caller was using vulgar language in reference to a previous encounter with an officer, Brown said. Police are investigating a suspect.
