A 29-year-old Lansing man was shot to death in Lansing on Tuesday night, Lansing police Lt. Steve Mitchell said. When police arrived they found a door kicked in at a house on Alpine Drive, between Brighton Drive and Clayborn Road, and footprints in the snow leading across the street.Anthony Reynolds was found lying next to a garage with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest. He had been handcuffed, and duct tape was across his mouth. Police said the incident is drug-related, and they have no suspects. An Ingham County judge issued warrants Friday for the arrests of three Okemos teenagers on felony charges of causing more than $10,000 damage to a house under construction, Ingham County Sheriffs Office Lt. Larry Harrison said. Three other teens have been charged with misdemeanors for entering the house without permission. On Jan. 29, officers were called to 201 Twin Pond Lakes in Wheatfield Township, where they found more than $10,000 in damage to the house. Police found beer cans and cigarette butts, as well as a broken window and drywall that had been punched in and torn down.Officers also found a pay stub from one of the teens with his name and place of employment, leading them to 10 teens who police said had a party at the house. All but one of the teens attend Okemos High School.The seven teens charged with misdemeanors will be placed in a program that gives them the opportunity to work off their charge without having a criminal record. A female employee reported $3,200 in equipment stolen from the Cyclotron from March 1-4, MSU police Sgt. Jennifer Brown said. A laptop computer, a computer monitor and a computer video card were stolen from an open area. Police have no suspects. A female student reported her purse stolen from Wells Hall on Feb. 25, Brown said. Inside the purse were checks, a drivers license, student ID and cash. Losses are valued at $600. Police have no suspects.
