As part of its Odyssey travel series, the Kiwanis Club of Okemos will be presenting a narrated travel film at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Chippewa Middle Schools George Richards Auditorium, 4000 Okemos Road in Okemos.
City briefs
The film explores the city of Lima, Peru, describes its history and scenery, showcases the Amazon jungle and visits Machu Picchu, an ancient Inca city.
The film will be narrated live by Buddy Hatton, a presenter who will describe his own travels in the areas.
The Odyssey series sponsors six presentations a year. The Lima film is the fourth in the series.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for students.

Post office to highlight stamps during weekend
Stamp collectors can meet with Lansing Post Office Philatelic Specialist Marsha Brown as well as 16 other stamp dealers at the Lansing Stamp Show on Saturday.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Royal Scot Golf & Bowl, 4722 W. Grand River Highway in Watertown Township.
Collectors can meet and discuss their trade with Brown as well as see and buy many stamps from the dealers.
The show is free to the public.
