Police are continuing to search for the suspect in a Nov. 2 carjacking, Meridian Township police reported. A woman parked on the south side of Meridian Mall in Okemos was ordered out of her car and struck several times by the male suspect. A handgun was observed. The car was later located near the Meridian 6 Theatre in Okemos, but the suspect was not located.The suspect is described as a black male, 6 feet 2 inches, 240 pounds with shoulder-length dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a blue running outfit. Police are continuing the investigation.Jamie Gumbrecht
