  • The Breslin Student Events Center welcomes “Fake the Funk 11,” a lip-synch contest featuring R&B, hip-hop and pop music. The show begins at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale at the Breslin Center for $10 to $12.   • The Campus Center sponsors Halloween Spooktacular from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m featuring the films “Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein” and “Bram Stoker’s Dracula” in the MSU Ballroom and a pumpkin carving contest and Halloween crafts in the MSU Union Food Court.   • Sunday Oct. 28 the Wharton Center presents “Judy Collins’ Wild Flower Festival” at 7 p.m. featuring Judy Collins, Richie Havens, Janis Ian and Roger McGuinn. Each have impressive careers with countless albums and numerous Grammy nominations.
