FRIDAY:

  • The Lansing Civic Players bring “Crazy for You” to the stage at 8 p.m. at Lansing Catholic Central High School, 501 Marshall St. Tickets are $11, $9 for seniors and $4 for children 12 and under. Tickets are available at the door, and can be reserved by calling the Lansing Civic Players at 484-9191.

  • “The Diary of Anne Frank” runs at 8 p.m. at Wharton Center’s Pasant Theatre. Tickets are $10 for the general public and $8 for students with ID and seniors 60 or older. Tickets are available at the Wharton Center box office, or by calling 432-2000 or (800) WHARTON. For further information contact the Department of Theatre at 355-6690.

  • Killer Flamingos will play from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. at Harper’s Restaurant & Brewpub, 131 Albert Ave.

  • M-80s will play from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. at Harper’s Downtown, 131 Albert Ave.

  • Under Construction and special guest Kristin Plater will play at The Common Grounds Coffeehouse in the basement of Akers Hall. Doors open at 7:45 p.m. Admission is $3 with a valid MSU ID and $4 without.

  • oh my god will perform with guests Pendulum and 23 Days at 9 p.m. at Mac’s Bar, 2700 E. Michigan Ave. in Lansing.

  • The Uptown DJs will be spinning from 6 p.m. to close and X-Ray Roger Jimmy will spin at 10 p.m. at Rick’s American Cafe, 224 Abbott Road. Doors open at 3 p.m. 21 and over admitted with a cover charge.

  • “Traffic” shows at 7:10 p.m. and 9:45 p.m., “The Emperor’s New Groove” shows at 7:30 p.m., “Philadelphia” shows at 9 p.m. and “Quills” at 7:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. All shows are at Wells Hall. Admission is free for MSU residence hall students with MSU ID.

  • The East Lansing Film Society is showing “Girl on a Bridge” at 7 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. at Wells Hall. Tickets are $2 for students, $5 for nonstudents. Tickets available at the door.
