Dog trick-or-treating will take place from 4:30-7 p.m. today in Lansing’s Old Town. Being called a social network for dogs, the event allows dogs and their owners a chance to meet each other. Businesses in Old Town are encouraged to give out dog treats to canines and radio personality Tim Barron will host a costume contest for the dogs at 6 p.m. at the corner of Turner Street and East Grand River Avenue.
