MSU police reported an instance of 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct that took place last week. The incident reportedly took place Tuesday at approximately 3:00am at Bryan Hall.
MSUPD Capt. Doug Monette said that the case is still under investigation.
“In these kind of cases, we investigate them, we put all our resources into them until the investigation is complete,” Monette said. “Right now we don’t feel there is any danger to the community and we will follow up appropriately.”
