ASMSU elects Vice President of Internal Affairs, Vice President of Student Allocations in final election night
Candidates Connor Le and Bhawna Vaswani were elected Vice President of Internal Affairs and Vice President of Student Allocations in the final night of elections for Associated Students of Michigan State University.
Devin Woodruff won the Vice President of Academic Affairs role with 25 votes after a run-off election and a re-vote.
“To be frank, I know my chances are very, very low right now," Computer science junior Kaden Cho said. “I've heard all about inclusion from everyone here and that the system that you guys have over here is pretty much built against it. Y'all are disgusting hypocrites.”
As the current Associated Students of MSU associate vice president of financial operations, Drew Gardner is now moving up to the role of vice president of financial operations.
At 11:20 p.m., it was voted on by the 60th General Assembly of the Associated Students of Michigan State that Hoyumpa is the next student body president.
