Jacinta Henry started writing songs when she was 14 years old. But she hadn’t written a song in a year until the Feb. 13 shooting on Michigan State University's campus.“We’ve been fighting since we could talk / Been protesting since we could walk,” she sang in front of the crowd at a protest following the shooting.

After the Feb. 13 mass shooting on Michigan State University's campus, various resources have been provided for students and community members that need assistance in coping with the tragedy.Students have also found comfort in their own methods of healing as they work to figure out what grieving and processing looks like for them.
