'Treading water': MSU chock-full with interim administrators

MSU has a lot of interim administrators. Faculty say that, in many cases, that's a bad thing, especially when those interim administrators are rushed into positions lacking the institutional and day-to-day knowledge to be effective. On the other hand, faculty say, some interim administrators are especially willing to make necessary changes before their limited time is up.

Marijuana retailer Pure Options is gearing up for an exciting event that’s set to turn heads and elevate the local scene. The dispensary will host a back-to-school event which will include a live performance from rapper 2 Chainz, food, music, and a chance for participants to watch MSU football.

Former football coach Mel Tucker is suing Michigan State University, claiming university officials improperly decided to fire him to protect their own reputations, avoid paying the $80 million remaining in his ten year contract, and because Tucker is Black.
