The 1909: MLK Day and Black Lives Matter

How the BLM movement compares to the MLK Jr. era civil rights movement and the way civil rights is previewed by students today. Even though many currents students lived through Trayvon Martin’s death, most hadn't tuned into the civil rights movements happening within American until the summer of 2020. How will today's civil rights movement affect the future of America, and does it compare to the difference that MLK Jr. made?
