The 2017 East Lansing General Election will be held Nov. 7. Registered East Lansing voters can vote for two City Council members out of the three candidates and two out of three tax proposals . All Ingham County residents may vote on a third proposal.
The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for people to cast their ballots.
Personal voter information, including the sample ballot and where to vote based on location, can be found on the Michigan Voter Information Center site and exact precinct boundaries can be found here .

There are 17 precincts total, including polling locations on MSU's campus as well as community centers around the city. For voters who live on or close to campus, the polling locations by precinct include:
Precinct 1: Brody Hall, MSU
Precinct 12: Union Building, MSU
Precinct 13: IM Sports East, MSU
Precinct 14: IM Sports East, MSU
Precinct 15: IM Sports West, MSU
For voters who live in off-campus housing locations around Grand River and Michigan Avenue, the polling locations include:
Precinct 2: Martin Luther Chapel, 444 Abbot Road
Precinct 3: East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road
Precinct 9: Edgewood United Church, 469 N. Hagadorn Road
Precinct 10: Edgewood United Church, 469 N. Hagadorn Road
