The lawyers for former MSU football players Donnie Corley, Demetric Vance and Josh King were present at the pre-exam conference Friday morning, but the former players were not.
A motion was filed and passed for the lawyers to view the scene of the alleged crime.
Corley, King and Vance will be in 54B District Court at 9 a.m., Thursday Sept. 21.
The former players are accused of allegedly raping a woman on Jan. 16 in University Village and have been arraigned and charged for the alleged crime.
MSU has dismissed Corley, King and Vance for violating the university's Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct policy.
Corley and Vance both face one count of third degree criminal sexual conduct. King has been charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person.
