A public forum will be held for the Nov. 3 East Lansing City Council election. The six candidates will appear in the Executive Conference Room of the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road at 7 p.m. on Sept. 30.

The forum is being conducted by the League of Women Voters of the Lansing Area and will give East Lansing voters the opportunity to submit questions in writing for the six candidates in this nonpartisan election.

The candidates are Erik Altmann, Shanna Draheim, Mark Meadows, Steve Ross, Jermaine Ruffin and Nathan Triplett.
