MSU student pens autobiography

From a homeless high school dropout to a motivational speaker, graduate student Eric Thomas has a success story to share with others.

Thomas released his debut autobiography, “The Secret to Success,” on Monday, to encouraging others to find their own American dream.

The autobiography chronicles Thomas’ life from sleeping in abandoned Detroit buildings to becoming a successful businessman.

Thomas also serves as an academic specialist with MSU’s College Achievement Admissions Program where he has developed the Advantage, an undergraduate retention program targeting academically at-risk students.
