The All-Big Ten third-team included junior first baseman Jeff Holm, senior designated hitter Chris Roberts and junior pitcher Kurt Wunderlich.

Junior center fielder Brandon Eckerle received the Big Ten Sportsmanship award and was named a member of the 2010 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America Third Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
