Classic children's ballet hits MSU

The Children’s Ballet Theatre of Michigan will bring Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday to Wharton Center. The ballet also will be performed at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Tickets for the ballet, which will be held at Cobb Great Hall, range from $10 to $20 for the general public, while student ticket prices are $10, $15 and $18, depending on seating preference.

The performance will feature direction from choreographer Gregory M. George and performances by the young Mid-Michigan dancers who comprise the ballet company.
