Chick-UN Parm Sammie

This “chicken” Parmesan sandwich will leave any vegan happy.

Ingredients

1 vegan chicken patty

2 slices of whole-wheat bread

2 tablespoons marinara sauce

1 slice vegan mozzarella

Heat the chicken patty according to directions. Microwave marinara sauce for 30 seconds. While still hot, place the patty on the bread with the cheese and top off with sauce and other bread. Bon appetit!
