The pretrial conference for Nigel Scarlett, the ASMSU official charged with sexual assault, has been rescheduled for April 8.
Scarlett was originally scheduled to report Tuesday to East Lansing’s 54-B District Court for the conference.
ASMSU official's pretrial delayed
Scarlett is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual assault in connection with a February incident in South Hubbard Hall.
A preliminary exam is scheduled for April 11.
