A 56-year-old male MSU employee reported computer equipment taken between 3 p.m. Friday and 7:20 a.m. Monday. The equipment was taken from two third-floor classrooms in Wells Hall, which were found unlocked, MSU police Sgt. Randy Holton said. The equipment is worth about $879.An 18-year-old male MSU student reported his calculator stolen between 10-11 a.m. Thursday in the Natural Resources Building. "The calculator was left unattended on a desk during break time," Holton said, adding that when the individual came back to the second-floor classroom, he found the calculator missing. The calculator is worth about $100.A 57-year-old female MSU employee reported her candy dish stolen between 5 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday on the third floor of Berkey Hall. The glass or crystal candy dish was taken from her office, which was locked, Holton said. There were no signs of forced entry into the office, and the candy dish is worth about $15.A 19-year-old male MSU student reported money taken from his wallet between 12:30-2 a.m. Sunday in Holmes Hall. The student dropped his wallet on either the third or fifth floor and later discovered it was turned in at the one of the hall's reception desks, Holton said.
