A 36-year-old male MSU student reported his rollable luggage bag stolen between 1:25 and 1:30 p.m. June 27 in the men's room of the East Fee Hall basement. "He left his bag unattended by the sink while he used the restroom," MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The bag and contents, including a cell phone, backpack, laptop, iPod, textbooks and a course pack, were worth about $2,690.A 47-year-old male MSU employee reported his tire slashed between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. June 26 in Lot 60 near the Physical Plant Building. When the employee drove his blue and green 1995 Dodge 4x4 later that day, he noticed it was leaning to one side, McGlothian-Taylor said. "Upon further inspection, he found a large cut," she said. The officer inspecting the tire noted that it was a U-shaped, 1-1/2-inch-long cut. Lindsey Poisson
