A window peeper was seen at the 1200 block of University Village on Wednesday, an MSU police report states.A man noticed someone looking into a first-floor window, but when the suspect noticed another man was watching him, he immediately turned away, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The witness notified the resident, a female student who said she hadn't noticed the man, McGlothian-Taylor said.• A 1997 black Chrysler Sebring convertible was broken into Wednesday night in Lot 55, causing an estimated $1,000 in damage and a loss of $60, according to an MSU police report.The passenger side window was broken and the convertible top was cut, McGlothian-Taylor said.A small backpack containing a wallet and other items was taken from the vehicle, she said.Margaret Harding
