MSU's No. 10 women's crew team swept its opponents on Saturday, capturing all races in the Indiana Crew Classic.

The event featured host Indiana as well as No. 17 Notre Dame and Purdue.

The Spartan's A-Flight varsity eight, the team's fastest boat, took first place with 6:28.49. Notre Dame placed second and wouldn't come in until nearly six minutes later at 6:34.55.

MSU's novice eight also enjoyed a convincing first place with a time of 7:05.16. Second-place Purdue came in at 7:14.09.

The Spartans will return to the water Saturday as they take on Michigan at Lake Ovid in Sleepy Hollow State Park.
