MSU's College of Social Science presents its "Urban and Metropolitan Studies Forum Series" this month. Lectures are held on the first and third Fridays of every month and take place at noon in the Moot Court Room at the MSU-DCL College of Law building.
On Feb. 6, Bruce Katz will give a speech titled, "Urban Studies in a Global Age." On Feb. 20, James Sheppard, a faculty member of University of Missouri at Kansas City will present "Urban Environmentalism: Challenges and Opportunities."
Both lectures are free and open to the public. A free light lunch will be available before each lecture and a reception will immediately follow.
