Psychologist's lecture to discuss health care

The relationship between doctors and patients will be the topic of conversation at an afternoon lecture today.

Dianne Singleton will present "From INTIMIDATION to PARTICIPATION: Improving the Doctor-Patient Relationship" from 12:10 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. in the Ohio State Room of the Union.

Singleton, a psychologist in the MSU Department of Psychiatry, will teach the audience how to take control of their health care, communicate with their doctors and understand their responsibilities as patients.

This program is sponsored by the Women's Resource Center and is free of charge.
