After his pre-trial hearing Tuesday, MSU bandit Robert Flagg was bound over for trial on a charge of marijuana use.
Flagg pleaded not guilty to the charges at his November arraignment, and a trial date has not been set.
In a separate incident, junior defensive tackle Kevin Vickerson's charge for driving with a suspended license was dismissed for time served after his Tuesday pre-trial hearing.
Vickerson was credited for one day of jail served from an earlier offense on Sept. 24.
